The Real-Time Program Audit (RTPA) software was developed by Harkins & Associates Inc., an IBM Registered Business Partner with decades of IBM Senior Systems Engineer and external consulting experience. Frustrated by traditional software programming methods and tools, Harkins & Associates, Inc. developed RTPA to instantly see what was happening in the code and solve problems more quickly and easily.
